Jul 2021. Shek O beach is located in the Southeast of HongKong Island. Easy to travel with kids and luggage. How to travel: 1.Take a Mtr to reach Shau kei wan in order to save your energy from traffic, 2.From Shau kei wan take Bus Number 9 directly to Shek O beach stops just infront of the beach.. Take a left and go into the minibus terminal located just next to Shau Kei Wan Exit A2. Take the Red Minibus to Shek O. Head on straight to the last stop at Shek O. Red Minibus for Shek O Beach. You can also take the KMB bus route 9, which you can find when using Exit A2. You can walk straight to the "big" bus terminal opposite the exit.
